How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Transparency is more important factor for development of Nation therefore you are requested to split MRP in two parts MRP1=Min Retail Price and MRP2=Maximum Retail Price both mandatory and websites displaying product detail must show both MRP without TAX. They supplying products to Government sometime 1000 times of actual price by negotiating government officers.

Using retired defence personnel for India's benefit-If land is alloted to the retired defence personnel in Jammu area it would be a virtual army to fight against infiltrators..Also the Hindu population can increase in Jammu..These people should be given arms and should be settled as retired army personnel camp..These are patriotic people and will serve Hindustan even after retirement

We should think job creating in manufacturing & production, energy, nuclear energy, defence and small scale industry sector, because it gives employment as well as reduce our import bill to the large extant, it also helps to retain our talent of our country and dependency of foreign energy(oil & gas)in adverse condition

Respected Sir, I think we should focus sevice sector like banking & insurance for Job Creation. I know there are huge number of jobs created every year in this sector. Then what are the problems? Two Problems are there- 1. Less payments compared to engineering, IT sectors. 2. No efforts on promotional activities of such jobs. This creats competition in engineering & IT sector and banks & insurance sector have vacant posts in their organization. I think we must look after on this issue. Regards
