Everything glitter is not gold, same way diamonds are formed from caol.I say both the statement only because our most of the skilled students are not getting chance in proving their abilities in many fields just because of the mimimum % criteria set in before taking admission in reputed institute as well as many competitive exams like Rbi , ibps etc.. when every gold medilist students not always succed in clearing such exams then why students getting less % is not getting chance to prove them .

We have to think about the salary scale we r being provided in our country,an engineer or an MBA professional is getting salary ranging 8k to 20k.The foreign companies r utilising this and they r opening firms in our country where they make us to work for more hours and tight schedule but paying less salary, this same firm is providing high salary for other nationalities there is a need to improve our values without Indians nothing is possible .

Namaskar Namoji, as we all know India is increasing its level of dump in the form of plastic or any other products. Instead, recycle the same plastic and search for some other alternatives so as to use the same for laying roads, so we can atleast make the plastic used again and keep our environment clean and green.

Time has changed. In the era of globalization&open trade,we should not insist on stopping brain drain. In older days when some highly talented person sifted abroad,it was considered a great loss to the nation. But in internet connected world, knowledge&talent should be shared for welfare of mankind.Ours is a country which was known as VISHVAGURU.Time has come again we must show that heritage to the world.Produce brain & export it as much as we can.But the real aspect of VASHUDHEVKUTUMBKM be kept.
