How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

My suggestion is to make everything ONLINE. And give the sarkari karmachari ownership with accountability as to whom he has dealt with and what all actions he has taken to resolve the grieveance of general public. His progress should be monitored and evaluated with applying SLA(Service Level Agreement).

Dear Modi Ji, people in India have the habit of pointing fingures towards others which includes govt., ofcourse. I could see a comment just below where someone is raising big questions with good graphics. I would like to ask my fellow friend, how are we contributing to country? Only paying tax brings end to our responsibility? Aren't we ourselves bribe when we are caught for breaking law?

How do we stop losing some of the brightest minds? We need to make sure the brightest minds think that they can survive in India. Their decision to stay in India pays off. They can become real entrepreneurs.More than money, people move to foreign countries seeking opportunities. We need to make them think that they can bring the most out of them with the available resources in India itself.Conduct many workshops by real entrepreneurs from india to give them directions and motivation.

I pray to god every day to shut every voice raised against you. I am confident you would turn the table around and leave peanuts for parties who looted for these many years. I would request you to make your skill development program reach every one who needy and not equipped with adequate facilities. This would start contributions from every youth.
