आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी में एक आपका बोहत बड़ा प्रसंसक हु और आपसे रोज प्रेरणा लेता हु सर में आपका ध्यान एक बहुत ही गंभीर समस्या की तरफ दिलाना चाहता हु सर हमारे देश म सरकारी नौकरी का युवाओ में बोहत क्रेज होता हैं और ग्रम्मीण और पिछड़े इलाके के पड़े लिखे युवको के लिए तो सरकारी नौकरी पाना ही एक ख्वाब होता ह जिसको पाने क लिए वो जी तोड़ सालो साल तोड़ सालो साल मेहनत करता हैं. भारत सरकार की सेवाओ म आने क लिए 50 lakh yuvak har saal (STAFF SELECTION COMISSION) ka exam dete h par ssc ka kamkaj bht khraab h

Sir we need good infrastructure to attract all talent to come to India and stay in India. That is good college in-house facilities equipment. We already have good teacher's we need practical approach.

Dear sir. I am not getting my PF money.i was working in limited company and i have resign befor 7 month and i have also filled the PF form and submitted PF form in company before 5 month but still I have not receive PF money,and whenever we goes to company for pf delay information them company replied us that we will give you-2,but not giving.and right now i have very important for money,and this is my money them also not giving.So please help me sir...

सरकारी नौकरियों में आगे बढ़ने के लिए सिर्फ वरिष्ठता ही नहीं बल्कि कार्य और विभागीय परीक्षा भी हो । इसके साथ ही नौकरियों में आरक्षण कब तक चलेगा यह स्पष्ट हो ।अन्यथा अच्छे दिमाग वाले लोग बाहर जाते ही रहेंगे ।

Yes in computer age we think of aircraft manufacturing. Do you want to sell to other countries or instead of India Importing air craft? HAL is doing it. Some of you can promote your own company & for a viable project, any banks will be willing to contribute share capital or give loans. Under the Act every industry is to have an apprentice for every seven workers in any industry. No industry can deny this or you can lodge a compliant with Factory Act inspector/Commissioner & through such office if you do not get remedy, then you can get direction from High Court or even from magistrate court.

Professional colleges must impart effective education in marketing (i.e.) to identify Needs & to manufacture cost effectively, also in Business organization. Adolescents in professional colleges are largely have less concentration to studies or understand its importance. So it may be good idea to make adolescents serve defence forces for a minimum 3 years to get entry in to professional colleges or to get employment under government. Obtain a bond from students at entry level itself, in to top professional colleges, that for double the duration of course of study they will serve in India in what ever post is offered by government. Thus brain drain can be contained. India cannot afford to give bright education to serve US or such other, at the tax payers cost in elite professional colleges.
