Only way to stop the brain drain is to provide the infrastructure, atmosphere, work culture in INDIA. India has immense potential to excel in all branches of science n technology with the human resources we have. Think about giving a chance to develop software based on Sanskrit language platform which will be toughest to copy or crack.

We should make a policy to issue license and ownership of Auto rickshaw and E rickshaw to the person who is going to drive it and not allow a person to own more than one, in this business it will create employment for several million people through out the country. This should be done by linking their Adhar cards, pan cards, ration cards etc. This will be very good for the unemployed people as they will get self employment and also will be able to earn directly without sharing their profits.

Condition of phc chc is very bad except bulding there is nothing . To make healthy india ground leval facilities should be increased. Aaganbari workers should be used to aware people about health and pollution. People use less fertiliser for their own use crop and more for sailing purpose food grains. There should be some standereds to controle harmful substances in our food.

Sir, Its good to know that govt is thinking to place Pvt Companies for Indian Railways Maintenance work and the Station name and train name will be changed with Company Name. will it not be a good idea to put a mandatory condition to all out side company(IBM/HP/Microsoft/Cisco..Etc), that To run your business in India they have to adopt any one big station and 5 train. There would be a healthy computation and it would be good for country...

Provide employee friendly atmosphere . Let employees select their work time in pvt sector . Dont force young brains to "Love the work you Do "rather than "Doing the work you Love".
