How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

respected sir, our country has got a large proportion of great brains but we are unable to make the best use of them due to the prevailing education system in our country... a person who has got great skills but lacks in economic conditions doesnt get a platform in our country and he goes to other countries like USA who are willing to help him and offer him support and in return the person uses his knowledge to develop other nations instead of our country...

It is not that the reserved category is not getting the benefit but the benefits are being drawn by a few families who have already used them before. That is why one finds IAS officer's daughter becoming IFS officer and Cabinet minister's daughter getting elected to the constitutional position under the garb of being from reserved category. This shows that the basic criteria of reservation needs correction. It is not the birth which should decide eligibility but the need. Villages, remote areas

The guyzzz who r studying in iits they are more money oriented ....because of the pressure and expectation of the society people always judge the students by their package they get.....there is need to change the mindset of the peoples.

If we calculate percentage of student from typical government schools who crack the JEE is very less......why there is large difference in education policy and syllabus between centre and state....the backward section of society is still deprived from government schemes and they are just being used as vote bank.

One of the main reason for brain drain is reservation in top institutions of the country...this considerably reduces the no. of seats available for general students..So they leave country in search of top institutions of other nation...govt. Spent 52000 crores for backward caste...so instead of increasing the expenditure on reserved castes..govt. Should use this fund to increase the no. Seats in prestigious institutes.. This will nullify the effect of reservation..

Bharat ki Banko ko goverenment project ki direct finence kerne ka system banaya jaye. Jaise RAIL PROJECT .AIR PORT . NATIONAL HIWAY PROJECT . PORT PROJECT . HEALTH PROJECT. NEW I I T NEW I I M PROJCT. NEW UNIVERSITY etc. Jisase bank ka loan secure hoga aur desh infra work me teji aayegi. New job creat honge. Aur RBI ke pass money reserve rahne ke bajay devlopment me lagagi .bar-bar SLR. CRR . change nahi karna hoga.Banko ka business badhega.
