I went to Punjab this Nov. and the situation in Punjab is even worst. Youth is addicted to Drugs because of unemployment. So to keep away their children away from Drugs parents are sending them abroad to study and work. So the only solution is if the government can generate more employment in India and makes government exam easier without any bribe then youth will stay in India and work for their country.

Many foreign companies are eager to participate in Make in India, but are held back since most of the corrupt acts committed by PSU Chairmen before 16 May 2014 have not been reversed by the New Government. in spite of specific complaints given to GOI Secretaries in writing. One golden example is that of NTPC who has stalled development of their captive coal blocks only to increase coal imports year-on-year to generate black money. PMO can conduct independent inquiry into this through CBI/ED.

Now a days recruitment becomes just the source of earning money. Organizations are charging rupees 500 to 1000 or even more on the name of exam for recruitment. There are Lakhs' of candidates appear for the exam. so it results in higher benefits of the recruiter.
