Sir, We implemented Community Forest Management project, with world bank aid. One component for ex. if women are provided bio gas or other fuel the time spent on fuel wood collection can be put to other productive use. Similarly, at micro level several interventions possible. A good shelf of projects locally shaped can be invited and implemented. If possible as the My Gov cannot reach those remote people, can we call similar advises through electronic media also.

Respected Sir, Govts. inducts the best by screening tests but why many success stories of innovation come from Private Sector?. There is no enabling environment, in the sense that, if any of the proposal involves any little amount of risk, general attitude is that, better not to touch as no one looses any thing. There is no environment of innovation. Frustration creeps in as suppression is the only strategy to control. Research opportunities, benefit sharing mechanisms in addition to pay must.

Job Creation is not a big deal bt d things is having knowledge and practical training abt the market. I realize that market is very big but in which sector student do their effort they don't know... If govt provide practical training for student and the person who face unemployment then they able to do job. and d very imp things is many college r opening now a days but they don't provide proper knwldge and even nt provide placement also as they promise at time of admision it must b stop asap
