How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

following steps in setting up Industry.1.allotment of industrial plat, approval of building plan, electricity and water connection, completion certificate, factory licence ,pollution clearance sale tax ,income tax, product approval, selling to govt .All steps have bribe. Each step should be examined to see every thing happening by technogy without human intervention to provide ease of business. No action by parliament is needed for this.Electronics in SME can bring lot of dividends.

Hi I am Gopalarao, from bangalore Please read the whole article then you will realise the Job creation from infrastructure building in the nation. I would like to add few Ideas on development in India. Before we go to the concept of Globalisation, 1. Do we have to connect all our own states in India then connecting to the world? 2. Do we have connect in between Developed & Undeveloped regions 3. Do we are promoting our own products in India Now, 1. How many neighboring states are well connected by road & rail? 2. Do we have all backward people (people who live in woods & forests) connected to main lands? 3. We started dividing states on development basis, is this really justifiable? One classic example I would like to add here…. Kovvur - Bhadrachalam Railway line One railway line is proposed in the British time and then in 2001 central govt. did a surveyed (research)it and found that it will help in many ways for tribal people in Andhra & Telangana. Found that it can give quick returns etc., Advantages: 1. It will cut short distance between Hyderabad and Vizag (Two Metro Cities in South) 2. It will connect Sea ports Vizag, Kakinada to the newly formed Telangana State 3. Some 200 villages in the tribal pockets to be benefited by the rail line 4. Way back in 1969 was aimed at opening up the remote pockets of the State for development. Some 200 villages in the tribal pockets would be benefited by the rail line. 5. It would cut short the distance between Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam by 130 km besides serving as an alternative communication link during the floods. 6. Industrial pockets such as Kothagudem, Yellandu, Madaram, Palvancha, Sarapaka, aswapuram and Manuguru would also have easy access to major cities in the State. http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-andhrapradesh/allocation-of-funds-sought-for-bhadrachalamkovvur-line/article706787.ece If we find such infrastructure projects & work on it Obviously India will rise one day …. It will create Job opportunity for many people in this region.

No legislations are required for job creation by SME.Just ease of business by removing inspector raj will do.Also there should be sufficient difference in custom duty on finished product and components/raw material.Electronic industry is not comming up due to insufficient difference in custom duty of components and finished product

in cont: But in this fight against corruption and commitment on providing corrution free good governance in all BJP ruled states, there MUST not be any room for such media reports which are only shacking the very faith they have placed in PM Modi. We know this well, in a basket, there always will be rotten eggs. But if the leadership does not throw rotten eggs, it will pose serious issues with the leadership clean image sooner. Opposition is quick to cash on it. Sooner you ACT better it is.

in cont: this news report is disturbing and raising doubts about the honesty and credibility of the politicians who are elected only because PM Mr Modi chose them to govern the states. Maha State CM Devendra Fadnavis is governing a state which has a commercial capitol like Mumbai and the metro city and whole state is gone through corrupt governance for 15 long years during Congress/NCP rule. We have seen the loot of tax payer´s money. And we all are with PM in his fight against corruption- cont
