How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

This is to draw your attention towards the unjust move taken by the IAF regarding the AFCAT examination. Suddenly, the age limit has been reduced to 26 years from 28, which has left many like me in depressing situation. I wish the AF authorities to re-think over the point that, by reducing the age limit bt 2 years, aspirants like me with be losing, at least, four chances of appearing in the exam.
