If government starts a system which allows young students to share their innovative ideas with subject experts and pursue those ideas further. If a student gets such chance in his degree or PG period that student wont feel need to go abroad. At the same time a set up should be made where that student can continue the research or particular project after completing education specially with private sector contribution

Recent studies show that our country is running in shortage of teachers.only 13%,qualified the ctet exam. .as such bright minds go away to other nations seeking opportunities. This brain drain can be curtailed by making the qualification procedure easier and more transparent and also by providing job security to the contractual employees of government establishments whose services are found to be satisfactory.

Great Job Hon. Mr Prime Minister, Promotion system need to be more transparent and quick without any Quota.

National Skill Development Corporation, has come a long way but I'm worried that the language craze is derailing it. When the STAR scheme customer care is called it gives a call back from a IVRS system which says something in Hindi. This hurts non Hindi speakers, sends a wrong message that Modi Govt. which came into power on development agenda has fell prey to hardliners. When we really want to be in the big league these sort of silly things needs to be avoided. Will my Govt act ?

I feel that if the correct value in terms of salary or promotions or incentives/perks is given to the brightest minds in all fields of work, this problem would be solved. May be it's ENGINEERs, DOCTORs, or person from any other field, if he is given correct salary to the effort or mind he puts in, I think no one will move out the country and india will prosper.
