Brain Drain can be stopped by creating - self employment opportunities and giving them a Boost by Government . Seminars and Sessions must be held in various Engineering MBA Medical and Technical Institutes in Final Year of Courses to make students know about the various job possibilities and how can they use their knowledge in case of no jobs by Self Employment avenues as per their specialization . Government should promote self employment & do help them through bank loans , tax relaxations .

First of all we should try to find out why there is brain drain but why not brain gain in india. Let us take example of india,s prestigious research organisation like DRDO. IITan IIMS and AIIMS passout did not join Drdo . It is because drdo personal are neither getting good salary nor better status nor power nor freedom to work on choice of their interest as compared to pvt sector or ias or pc. So talented youth don't have any attraction. Give them good salary status power better housing perk
