Sorry dear all, I have wrongly come to this location. I am a person who is working on MAKE IN INDIA since over 25 years. always attempted to make the products that are been regularly imported in our country. I am a techno crate aged 52. Marketing or sales is my weakness. MAKE IN INDIA can really change the face of the country. BUT, Government should create a department to check the imports . check the manufacturers of this imported products in India and support them .

A regulation should b formed and maintained regarding salary distribution in public as well as private sector. A minimum salary should be fixed as per individual's qualification to maintain wealth distribution in society. Private sectors pay less irrespective of qualification and this is the greatest abuse to Indian education system. Doesn't a graduate or a masters degree holder in India eligible for receiving at least 3 lakhs p.a.? A question mark for the education system of the country???????

I am a Govt PSU employee and I find that 80% of the staff above 55 years of age enter the 'retirement mode' and do not work to even 50% of their potential. Some are unable to deliver due to physical problems. It is suggested to reduce the retirement age to 55 so that Govt productivity is improved and new jobs are created for the younger generation. Those in PSUs should be given option of VRS SCHEMES from time to time.

In order to stop this brain drain we must find out what attracts the people leaving the country. The ones who leave the country think that their efforts are rewarded to a greater extent than here, to solve this problem the very grass root level should be targeted. Anyone making efforts should be encouraged and the ones who perform outstandingly well shall even be recognized publicly. Even the procedural formalities are really complex and are mostly delayed, these systems should be eased.

WE MAKE PRODUCTS AND IT IS BRANDED WITH FOREIGN COUNTRY NAME AND IT COMES TO INDIA FOR SALE. AND WE RUNNING BEHIND THESE BRANDS. WHY DON'T WE HAVE OUR OWN BRANDS. WE HAVE TO BE SMARTER TO DO SALES.

firstly, we have to increase investment in research and development arena.

We export the basic electronic components such as resistors capacitors etc which are essential for each and every electronic device manufacturing and they are being imported in our country. If we have to improve our industry in electronics... We need to start from basics..we need to set up industry to manufacture the electronic components.my generation strongly believes this will bring a change in our electronics industry.

Provide scholarships and research opportunities based on latest technology. Salaries may be also a concern. Try to match approximately with international standards. Provide good research facilities.

Create jobs to tackle at least the factual problems. I have an example, there is a problem of silt/sand/sediment settling in the canal beds, like in Indira Gandhi canal. Why doesn't the government ask engineering institutions or colleges to build a lightweight digging conveyor, which can be run by manual labor (more than one people at a time, of course). This will clean the canal in months. Then the govt. may also think of extending the Indira Gandhi canal as proposed in its initial plan.

We should develop small scale industry in Village and provide basic training for run own business. In my view why not we can export Agricultures product bu’z this is possible in village and give good opportunity to get more job creation in village.
