I M mining engineer working as an AVP of a firm. but retrenchment and deduction of salary, job curtail all are making us painful as mining is non-operational, govt has to think seriously on the issue of mines which are bad in shape and i personally feel auction and bidding will help the big players only to capture the ownership of natural resources leaving the small players crying..our job and employment must be secured and also to see that there should be recruitment in this sector too.
