To stop robbery at railway platform... we can build a system in which only passengers will be allowed on platform before 20 min of departure. No other person will be allowed to get on platform, by this means we are increasing safety at platforms and at same time at every railway station we are creating more than 10 jobs for ticket checking/security to allow passengers on platform. This will give more secure journey to passengers at the same time Jobs to many INDIANS.

There is NO NEED to stop brain drain. In case you want to stop in India then it will become Brain Dead. Rather allow the brain drain so that the braine person will not develop neither BP nor diabetics. For Example one entreprenure developed the stony land, which was alloted by the Industry department to make a small factory in the year 2000. Now the same Industry department is cancelling the Land without giving any reasoning. Then why should we stop the brain drain to make it Brain dead.

NDA Govt should take initiative of building 2 way roads in tier-1/2/3/4 towns across the whole country. It will significantly help build India's robust Infrastructure thus leading to mass creation of jobs at every level.
