we have to make a highly technical /professional institute in the field of science and technology . we have to build our country scientifically advanced and developed . For developing those advanced institute we should recruit the people which have expert knowledge in their field , we can recruit people from outside india also and we should give all facilities and good emoluments to those people so that they can teach the advanced technology and develop good skills to our youth.

To PMO We should concentrate on the things/products which our country imports from other countries. We should make a list of the products which we import and need to do deep research that whether these products/things can be manufactured in India. We have to stop import from outside India so that our foreign reserves have more foreign currency

An efficient person is always hired. We need to have the belief that we are very good at something. Let's find that something. I have seen many people with bunch of qualities but not participating in big market as they dont know English. Still few of them try to learn and do it. dear sir AYURVED ki taraf bhi thoda sa dhyan dene ki jaroorat hai sir himachal mein sirf ek B.Pharmacy in Ayurveda ka college hai jise lavaris kehna hi theek hoga kyunki yeh college center govt. ki grant in aid se khola gaya aur state goverment ismein koi interest nahi le rahi hai mein chahata hun ki is college ko center govt 5 saal ke liye undertake kare or phir is college ko autonomous bana diya jaye.........thank you sir i do have explanation about this, but i am more straight.

We have very few multinational and highly sophisticated companies which can accommodate this exodus. We talk about the growth of services sector per SE, but the gap between cost of per capita cost between off shore infrastructure and on-shore jobs is disproportional. Vagaries of the Rupee value has brought down the charm for the Dollar.We have more companies in the small and medium scale, which is in position to pay handsomely,forget the market rate. The only option is to go abroad.
