Public-private partnerships to create competition with better service but @ state level we R noticing that it runs by mafia for making more money with poor service quality.The common people R not getting benefits of privatization& principle of the PPP module is getting lost.Airline is the best example where people is getting benefited due to competition but not in all sector.We need to look into it&develop mechanism to regulate&control it.After giving to private company it’s become no once baby.
