How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Solution 3) Create opportunities for 'drained' Indian brains to have their foot in the Indian door by having separate Ministry to facilitate their repatriation. Solution 4) Stop worrying about 'brain drain' - its healthy for India to have a fraction of its brains working in other countries. They are the best ambassadors of our great yet complex nation. Acknowledge them and create avenues like this 'mygov.in' to hear them out. India alone produces enough brains to work for the entire world.

Solution 1) Try projecting India as THE international destination for research and innovation we can bring in best talent from all over the world to India. This will slowly start changing Indian mindset to look West as the land of opportunities. Solution 2) India should emerge as the big player in supporting research internationally by providing competitive grant money and involving top global scientists to visit India to adjudicate the award. This will have HUGE impact.

Promote BSNL to reach out to every villages & not just be a urban centric ISP.the private ISPs are good for nothing They just whip customers off their hard earned cash for no service. Be it a telecom giant Reliance,Tata,Idea,or be it anyone else all are the same. Hyderabad has been an excellent exp almost every village has BSNL LL & BB services & with excellent coverage. I understand BSNL wont be able to fund the political parties during election but that must not deprive citizens to avail BSNL

If demanding/accepting dowry is an offence then under which article of indian constitution does it approve & justify alimony or property of a husband to be parted with in case of divorce. Can your ministry explain the viable grounds based on which IRBM is due to be introduced in the Hindu Marriage Act inspite of the fact that the existing 498A, DV & Rape laws have been exponentially misused by the deceitful women for monetary gains, leaving lives of innocent men at stake

For job creation, retirement age of employees should not be enhanced. If possible age should be brought own to 58 years. Chatisgarh Govt. by enhancing age of their employees to 62 has shown a bad path which any of their employees did not like. However, On fixed pay basis (as on today's' date minimum Rs 12000) job may be created in police, home guard, security guard, attended etc in various depts.
