I work as Consultant in Department of Electronics & IT.Because we are on contract,we dont get any leave,have to work minimum 22 days,8.5 hours a day and payment file takes 25 days to process.We are not provided any computer or stationery or phone for work.No diwali no medical no perks and half day salary deducted if we are 1 min late.This is happening at Ministry where Honorable Minister and Secretary sits.Then we are threatened to be terminated if we cry or voice.are we worse than animals?RISHI

MPs and MLAs are getting salary and a fixed pension irrespective of their age or period of service, Similarly fix an amount as pension to all those who retire. All aged person who worked in govt. or not need food and maintain health till they live. So pension must be provided to all Senior citizens. Pension must be linked to cost of living and not on Standard of living. Fixed pension will reduce expenses and help more. Youngsters will have more opportunities here and no need to hunt outside ,

Fix retirement age as 55 for all govt. servants. Give fixed Pension. Those wanted to work can work till 60 and get a salary as usual.They will get this a reduced fixed pension after retirement. This will help youngsters to get job. This will also increase the income if two people are from same family. People at 55 have the option to do something of there own, or do part time job.Pension is a guarantee for food and health in old age, not depending on others.
