How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Create job in rural india by developing industry. There should be ITI ,poly or other skill development hub in rural india so that youth are easily asseciable to education. This will stop migration of youth for better skill development .if the skill development hub was created then there should be need to create manufacturing industry so that the skill youth got employment easily .This will create balance and help to reduce migration and we can easily utasile the talent of india .

In your overseas public rally organizer should make sure that NRI people must hold up that country flag+indian in hand as well. They never thought about, It is most important to paying respect to the nation that welcomed&allowed them to prosper.Maybe that seems corny&old-hat,but it was the right thing to do.PM should probably do it too, whenever PM celebrate our homeland's culture&heritage, remember&respect the land that's made it possible for you to do so.We will get more love from local people.

Today an accident happened at Mau (U.P) in which 5 Students are dead & more than 25 are injured. This happened due to unavailability of the Railways gates & the guards. Therefore I Request you to please take this matter seriously and issue an order for Job Creation of Railway Gate guards all over INDIA wherever it is needed as this is not for the first time. Few months back also in Telangana a school bus accident has occurred. Please find the attachment attached regarding this matter.....

we all know sun energy can be converted into electricity, heating water and cooking food. many individuals want to buy it but as these are expensive and some of these not available so government can pitch in by providing loans through banks of installments like 500/- or less a month it will provide employement, help save enviorenment and save dollars which we are importing

THE POSITIVE RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS HAVE POWER IN THEIR HANDS IN MAKEING OF THE 'BRIGHT NATION', LIVING IN THE SPIRIT OF 'OUR NATION ONE NATION'.

Sir, Brain drain happens because of better working conditions abroad. Our companies and psu will have to provide quality working conditions. Schools and crèches for the employee's children. Accommodation, hospitals close to work place. Free wifi, medical/life insurance etc. Job security along with accountability. Security against crime at work place, residence and schools. Good work culture will go a long way and also swach Bharat will make a difference. Good roads, water, weekend getaways.
