How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Obviously the brain drain is India's major problem. There are people who don't worry for salary and are ready to work in India but there are not such sophisticated technologies as required. Govt needs to give high scholarships for those who are ready to work in India and also have good merit. Universities, companies should consult with Indians working in other countries and establish such technologies here through govt funds and help develop what India is lacking and needs the most Research.

All PSU investments have to be held by two funds - one that is of long term fund and short term fund. The short term fund should ideally be of basket of securities that are not strategic and meant for sale. The long term fund securities will be navratnas and those that the Government intends to hold for strategic reasons. The dividends and income from these funds can be deployed back to develop these PSUs. We can have these funds listed - easy to raise money at lower costs

Indian Railways are made up of four major categories: Rolling stock, land and fixed infrastructure, ticketing infrastructure and maintenance. It is important for the Indian Railways to have separate strategies for each one of these components. Railways have to spin off these into four businesses. Land and fixed infrastructure of land, rail lines, power cables, signals, level crossing, bridges, stations and the infrastructure there in should be capable of being used by any railway services whether owned by Government or private. A fixed usage charges can be levied on all railway service providers. This provides money for developing infrastructure like cargo corridors, usage of railway stations for setting up malls and offices, car parks and even hospital facilities. In rural areas, even post offices can be part of these so that there is one stop solution to villagers. The second component is obviously the rolling stock – lack of good technology is crippling modern rolling stock – JVs with GE/Alstom with Loco works, etc can provide. All loco manufacturers have to be like third party vendors to Indian railways. The ticketing infrastructure is ideally like spectrum – capable of selling tickets to outsiders and based on this, the rolling stock can be extended/shortened on routes. The maintenance bit is fully manual and has to be outsourced. As strategies and related problems are different for each component, it is critical that specialists in each of these areas focus on solving these rather than mixing up the issue. Indian Railway entities can also be owned by India Sovereign Fund that can provide an opportunity to raise money at holding company level rather than sell the stocks of Indian PSUs.

रोजगारी के लिए सरकार को गाव में गृह उधोग का विकास करना चाहिए। उसके लिए असी स्कीम बनानी। तभी गाव का विकाश हो पायेगा।

Capturing heritage at my place : Recently I made a film on 800 years old temple with an expert on temple architecture, the main idea was to capture the true story of the temple and preserve the temple in a digital form. TOURISIM is a focus of the government, but then data base on heritage is very poor. I feel we should run a campaign on collecting heritage story from people who belong to that area. film clipings of less than 5 minutes will give lot of data.

There are so many educated people but maximum are unemployed the reason is that - 1. Govt is not successfull providing the job, 2. The retired person they get the another job in govt sector. 3. Govt they are spending more money in defence for our safety but if the unemployment is there then it is wastage.Beacuse through employment we can earn money and we can fullfil our daily needs .If a graduate person are still unempolyed then it is shame for INDIA AND GOVT.
