Dear Modisir, IN India we need rural development for better future now people are migrating in city due to standard life facilities so provide full facility in rural like foreign country rural villages. but give opportunities in rural area like law cost of electricity,law cost of tax municipal,panchayat etc that people can not migrate due to rural migration cities are going on high population & there is chances to develop crime due to poverty & employments.Try to change old gov. staff in rural.

How many social entrepreneurs we have created in 2014 ? What will the number in 2015 ? Can we run a list of top social entrepreneurs & job creators of India & award their contribution? We need to champion this initiative in such a way that every budding innovator & entrepreneur in every part of the country gets motivated to take part & lead the change & create quality products & create premium jobs...

We need to increase quality "Design" & "Marketing" training programs in India.In my research on SME sector (leather),I had found India lacks in design thinking & marketing brains...It's sad that many of our SMEs suffer losses due to lack of design & marketing talent..if we have good design & marketing skills, we shall be number one player in textile & leather sectors.Can we make "Design" our major skill development agenda for 2015...Can we create Indian designers who can cater to Asian markets?

My insights are ..There shall be very high demand for brand & marketing guys. Digital is redefining every sector & hence new industries will emerge Eg: E-commerce ,mobile doctor. There will be great demand for skills in design, business analysis,social media, technology(cloud,smartphone) , product management etc.Our "Make in India" vision is good for we becoming global manufacturing hub.This will bring global manufacturing jobs to India...Also there is high global demand for quality teachers.
