How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Govt Employees doesn't have the task fulfilling attitude for the job assigned to them. Inspite they have various reasons to confuse or create problem to the public. I have seen many posts are created in govt offices but the role is not described to either the employee or public, this is because of lack of process creation in the functioning of the work related to that office and huge salaries to the employed which indeed is the money of the public and they don't serve the public.

Brain drain from one place to another within a state (Intrastate), accross the state (interstate) and accross the countries can be stopped if job opportunities are showed through online and filled through online without humen intervention for private as well as government jobs through mobile number identification and verification. This will avoid corruption.

We are full of ancient glories , the world want to see it,but due to lack of knowledge & security they don't able to visit us. We need a central agency & a national building "ATITHI" which who give proper knowledge for visitors with 3000 pep. /day accommodation . We need to recruitment for various post for tourist places under central agency with companies collaboration. At least 2,00,000 vacancies generated every year in this.We also give support to students part time work and earnings.

Only way to save brain drain just make quality in education systems with practical knowledge . We should control recruitment process of companies ,because they never prefer to give training to pass out students always try to get experienced candidate. "How get experienced candidate if don't give a chance for fresher to work on that field ?" Most of Indian students don't want go outside, but to lack of job, unfair process of government training & recruitment, hell of job made by MNC Leads

Sir, The construction industry in India is going through a crisis.11 cement manufacturing companies were penalised for anti- competitive practices some time back. They have gone on appeal to COMPAT which is pending since long.In the meantime the said companies are penalising the consumers by charging exhorbitant rates for a bag of cement. In my area a 50Kg bag of cement costs more than Rs400/- per bag.Request take administrative action pending legal outcome.

ONE MORE REQUEST IS THAT GATE EXAM .IN THIS EAXAM ALL PSU IS RECRUIT THROUGH IT SO IF ANY STUDENT FAIL IN GATE THAN THEIR WHOLE YEAR IS UNFRUITFULL. SO MAKE RULE TO SEPRATE EXAM FOR PSU BECAUSE OR START COUNCILING PROCEDURE FOR RECRUITMENTMENT IN PSU BECAUSE ONLY STUDENT WHO GET UNDER 500 SCORE ONLY CALL FOR INTERVIEW AND ONLY THEY ARE RECRUIT IN EACH PSU OTHER OR SPOIL THERE YEAR.......THIS IS NOT RIGHT CONCEPT BECAUSE GATE EXAM FOR M.TECH AND OTHER POST GRADUATION...SO WHY FOR PSU .
