How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

सेवा में श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री जी । निवेदन यह है कि प्रार्थी मौनपालन का रोजगार करना चाहता है जिसका प्रार्थी ने प्रशिक्षण भी किया है ।इसलिए मैंनेपिछले साल प्धानमंत्री रोजगार योजना मे आवेदन किया था जिसे विभाग द्वारा स्वीकृत कर भारतीय स्टैट बैंकADB देवबंद सहारनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश को 3माह पूर्व भेज दिया गया है परन्तु बैंक फील्ड आफिसर अकारण ही विलम्ब किय जा रहा है ।अतः महोदय से निवेदन है किप्रार्थी को स्वरोजगार हेतु ऋण दिलवाने की कृपा करे ।साकेत पुत्र श्री मनोज ग्राम साधारणपुर जि0 सहारनपुर( उO प्र)

sir i would lyk to share that i have been preparing for staff selection commission cgl competitive exams for last 2 years and its process are very slow and incumbent plz do somethn to expedite the selection process

In Andaman there is no exam. center for most of the comparative and university entrance test in port Blair and the students have to spend Rs. 8,000/- towards flight charges to appear in these exams at Chennai or Kolkata. I feel it is unfair and unacceptable in modern time. Secondly, the last point of andaman to port blair is 300km and takes nearly 11 hours to travel. in between there are two small river with out any bridge. people have travel through boat to cross the river. please do some thing

Sir mai 1 Instrumentation technician hu or mai 1 ltd. Company mai 6 saal se kaam ker raha hu. Sir 1 pass ki (ITI) h. CV RAMAN govt. Ye dhirpur Delhi m h isme mene part time ITI Kari taki mujhe acha pey scal mile lekin. Company wale in ITI k certificate reject ker deti h ya to aap is tayp ki ITI band Kara do ya Hume jobs dilado. Mujhe 6 saal ho gay technical work karte karte per mai 1 company m simit hu.mujhe moka nahi mila h aage badne ka Or mere jese kafi log h Jo 12th karne k baad life bekar h

1. Fix minimum starting wages in private sector. As they very less to the fresher and takes more time to get handsome salary. And this is the biggest factor of the Brain drain. 2. Skilled education system in the school from where student can analyze their skills and ability in different field and more awareness about government schemes through which they can be benefited. 3. More jobs in core engineering sectors. Most of the engineering graduates have to join IT sector irrespective their course
