How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Jaitlyji, as u r taking gud step of low rates to workers share in the epf scheme, pl do the same for employers also. Bcs earleir wages were low n rate was 8%. Now wages has gone up n contribution is 12.5%, which is too high. Resulting in , employers specially in small units donot provide coveragebin epf n esi scheme also. This a loss to worker.if epf rate is 8%, worker will b covered in both the schemes ie epf n esi. Pl allow this for 50 workers factories. This is a practical problem.

unemployment breeds lethargy in life, sometimes , many a time, the empty mind vacillates to habits that are hard to contain like gambling, drugs, drinking, now the latest fashion - extremism, naxalism, professional form of robbery.. In order to check these negativities, the government should take on the role of orientation right through from high school, identify the students' mental makeup of his /her habits, tastes, styles, passion etc and mould his/her career to that area of interest..

Remove quota. And ensure that the money sanctioned on R&D actually goes into it. Prevent and discourage plagiarism at University level and relax. Our brilliant brains and hardworking people will love to stay in India and bring it on top.

For generating more employment in INDIA, we should promote to do Apprenticeship which is a technical qualification and job oriented. We should stopped quota system in Govt. jobs and students should be selected on merit. Rather we should provide free coaching to the weaker section so that they can come up up to merit level. This will improve quality of work in Govt.jobs and work will be done faster. Due to selection of right student for the right job, people will get better quality of work.

Still what is the necessity in giving more importance for reservations? so many people ran for private or to other nations to earn and to study. lapse of position is the only reason. many educated and talented people are loosing the opportunities. please, decrease the range of percentage of reservations from peak stage to at least to normal range. Then a few people will stop going to other nations or pvt organizations.
