How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

The most important step to stop brain drain in my belief is to start respecting and acknowledging the merit students and to remove the reservation system. I have seen so many merit candidates who were unable to get into their desired courses due to the reservation and finally left India because their talent needed the stamp of reservation to flourish in India!!!

Brain drain: Firstly more opportunities based on merit, only true free market economy free of bureaucratic red tape can ensure that. FDI in retail is a restriction. Secondly a clean India, morally clean of corruption, clean of trash, free of pollution. Finally infrastructure, electricity, roads, schools, hospitals, playgrounds, nice living space for all from rich to the poor. Not difficult, all three are part of our ancient values, part of Modiji’s vision.

We export a lot of good quality Iron ore and buy finished steel. On the other side we have many tribes who have the inherent knowledge of manufacturing medium quality steel from the Iron ore with practically negligible investment. That is the last generation who knows the art.If the Iron ore that we are exporting is diverted to such tribes, and medium quality steel exported, we can reduce the trade deficit and generate suitable jobs for such talented tribal who are the last node to the art.
