Govt have to work with state Govts in identifying the youngsters/volunteers in every villages and provide them responsibility and provide the required funds to build their villages as Adarsha Gram , by this many direct / indirect jobs will be created. And the motivation factor will be they are working for improvement of their own villages. If we identify even 4-5 youngsters from each village we can create 20 t- 25 lakhs jobs.

प्रधानमंत्री जी , मेरा सुझाव है कि बेरोजगार युवक ट्रैफिक समस्या को सुलझाने के लिए कार्ये करे ! ऐसे बेरोजगार युवक ट्रैफिक तोड़ने वालो का वीडियो बनाये अथवा फोटो खींचे और ट्रैफिक पुलिस को दे जिससे पुलिस उन लोगो पर जुर्माना लगा सके और सबूत भी पेश कर सके और वीडियो और फोटो भेजने वालो को मेहनताना के रूप में जुर्माने की राशि में से 10 % अथवा 5 % भुगतान करे ! अगर यह योजना सफल रहती है तो इससे लाखो बेरोजगार युवको को रोजगार भी मिलेगा और सरकार का राजस्व भी बढेग़ा और साथ में कानून तोड़ने वालो पे लगाम भी लगेगी !

Central Govt has to take initiative to support first generation of entrepreneur to create job on mass basis and also improve the economy of common man which will ultimately give support to Nation growth.

In every sector it may private or gov.or politicians also have an educational minimum qualification criteria.There should not be reservation or kota system in the education.Every student should be as an equal opportunity in education.From the gram panchayat and nagarpalika revenue used for free education till minimum 5th std in there schools

a central govt company HCL in the naini belt area of allahabad is not in the working condition since past 10 yrs and more .THE employees are paid in every 6 month. Now the condition has arrived that employees are being forced to take VRS ...though they hav almost 15 yrs of job left...is this called job security?...i think govt should take initiative to make this company and employees work and adds to our GDP...which will enhance our man power too...and employers should be paid without doing any work
