What people should do is form companies that serve the people and by doing this more space would also be available in India because all the small family businesses would go out business and the families would then relocate to the companies which are serving the public. For example, instead of have a thousand clothing shops, why not have one huge clothing outlet store operating the same way with same workers on the street?

Indians should stand together and should be encouraged to form their own companies and corporations. Obviously they will start off small, but with enough brilliant minds working together the companies can become global. What I've noticed in India is that many people just decide to work in family businesses which is quite a horrible idea since no one will make enough money because an individual's competition would be right across the street from them.

Sir Now many students with graduation suffering unemployment. So in my point of view there should be pg course in competitive preparation with special paper like banking awareness, reasoning, numerical ability, general awareness etc with government affiliation. Highly qualified professional s should be the faculty, so that many talents can be discovered and after successful completion they will armed to sit in the competitive exam with respect to their course. I think this will be a great idea.

Just try and compare the difficulty levels of our entrance exams for IIT IIM etc with those of GRE and GMAT etc .Foreign countries seem to say all are welcome to our shores(their entrance exams are simple to score) while our exams say that maximum students appearing will be rejected and thus we will show our level or education standard to the world

Start recognizing talent rather than only counting the money coming in your cash counter.This humble request is to all our Multinational companies
