Copying philosophy of one land is not always a prudent decision. India has a huge population and due to western influence we had ignored the power of woman as a HOME MAKER . If we recognize , respect and accredit their contribution as HOME MAKERS then bread earning in Indian society will be easy and prosperous. 120 million less 50% of woman and 25 % of youth and senior citizens means jobs and profession development for only 30 millions Indians. It is not prudent that man and women in India fight

We have to set up certain type of industries in India. Where we can produce certain type of goods,which shall be used by whole world and allow the retail giants like wallmart on one condition that they should sell our manufactured goods in their stores atleast 70:30%. Other wise dont allow retail giants in our country but market our cultivated/manufactured goods to these retail giants. Have a MOU with all the Tier1 & Tier2 technical & Management institutes of India for R&D.Every IIT,IIM,NIT,NIFT,BITS or IIIT students should submit a reserch paper for country development and pass/fail should not be a criteria for these.

Sir kindly apply the method of selection for any govt. Job on the basis of entrance exam and no interview should be conducted because the interview make a way for favourism. This method should be apply throughout the country including j&k.

Education system has to be completely overhauled. Donation for admission has to be completely stopped so that MP/ minister/industrialist do not make it their business. Those who want to contribute to society should come forward for developing infrastructure for education or it should remain with Govt. so that meritorious gets fare chance. All reservation should also be stopped especially in medical science. Dr. adopts unethical means for quick recovery of donation given for admission.

To stop it we should make us a manufacturing hub and research hub. So that people come to work over here instead of us going there.Plus the salary should be fixed on the basis of qualification like graduate starting salary 15000 ,postgraduate 20-25. And then experience graduate of 1 yr 20k. and post grad -30k. This will truly make our living worth it other it is difficult to survive with low pay. Every indian knows this

to stop the brain drain we should create jobs for indian in the field which are highly skilled category in country's like usa,canada,Australia etc. Proper institute should be there to provide necessary skills for small skills like carpenter ,drainer to engineering . Plus we can evaluate our institute with international institute with ranking system. And make our institute with in 100 rank world wide. So that people come to our country to study and work.
