Flush out nepotism from the society at the first instance.Give merit its value and the best way is to choose through open competition i.e by holding written tests for all jobs/professions.Make everything transparent.Keep much funds for education,research &trainings even more than your Defense budget.Provide all facilities to your institutions like hospitals/research centers and up-grade your salary policy to match with other developed countries.India is much developed in human resource.

As a teacher from Engineering background, I know that maximum brain drain occurs from Technological and medical related fields. But why? They do not get appropriate environment to grow up further w.r.t. financial and academic aspects. I feel if these boys are helped to build up their industrial unit with their research product or given preference by DRDO or HAL or similar PSUs to execute their research work into reality then brain drain will reduce drastically & real industrial growth initiate.

Sir, brain drain is not only from IITs or IIMs or AIIMS but more students graduated from B colleges and post graduated at USA. So I request to consider 1- enhance wings of IITs, IIMs, AIIMS by merging good private colleges 2- Open more post graduate colleges with courses meant for emerging industries in India 3- Make our student industry friendly in last year of their college days and our industry social organisations like FICCI etc should come forward to recruit them for industry as required

Hon'ble Prime Minister, I want to draw your attention toward rate of interest imposed by banks on education loan. Right now the rate of interest on education loan is 13.75%(apprx.) it means if any student takes loan of 4 lacs then he will have to pay approx 5.25 lacs to bank when he gets the job.The average salary being paid by company is 15-23 thousand/month from which he has to pay 10-12K per month till 5 years.In this scenario how one can survive with such debt.please take initiative.

Open letter to our FM and RBI Governor: Of late many scams by pvt financial cos are surfacing. In order to earn more interest, middle class people go to these pvt cos. Best way to save these middle class is to offer higher interest rates by banks on deposits, mainly on small amounts. Filthy rich dont go to pvt cos. BPL men dont have sums to deposit. So if higher attractive interest rate is offered for deposits of 1 to 2 lacs, with a limit on no of deposits by a family, middle class can be saved.

When loans worth lacks of crores can be waived off at the stroke of a pen, why cann't we provide required facilities to the talent available here? Due tacilities clubbed with the study of our ancient scripts can produce more Nobel Laurettes. Outside lndians also work in labs, but headed by others. So we dont figure in NL list.
