Local Skill development at Taluka/Village Level needs to be done earnestly to stop rural/urban migration first, Urban - international migration should be done to give enough motivation contribute to India by engagement from college/degree/post graduate- first job entry level . These first seeds normally shape up the future of brain drain . There is no quick fix but one has to go through the process of job creation which then supplements to a healthy/wealthy living .

Education system in India is ost corrupted . Starting from play school to Higher studies Why the Gov of India doesnt start up there own education system instead of Privatising.. If the foundation is strong our future is also strong. Instead of exporting our teachers we can utilise our valued teachers in our country let us develop our country first

continuing from my last post... we are letting the grow and bye the ressult we have to do like afgan like operation on which lot of money life will be on risk.why cant we stopped them under UN action(military).2nd q. As a human being what we are doing for our gen next.Like what we are keeping for them?what is the future of world economy. R we ready to face,if any,another recession.To our PM you are going right direction not sure about your party and other colleague(out side govt.)

India government should plan to maintain a database of qualified persons from universities, institutions etc., A database of how many employed ? How many need to be employed this gives real picture . why qualified people move out of country ....!! Taking example of pharmacy graduates there 60k people passing out every year & only 10-15% are employed in pharmaceutical companies for wages 8-9k . which is less than a sweeper salary working at pharmacy council of India . #modi sir

Let me convey my heartiest gratitude to President Obama for joining us on this pride occasion.I dont want to ask terrorism by PAK on our country bkz it has been asked ample time before and i have a perception that it is not in the capacity or must do list of USA.If it is then it could have stopped way back.My question is why there is not a UN body who can stop terror outfit before it spread on.we been hearing about ISIS since long back and wht i am seeing is that we are leting thm to grow.contd.

The Central Govt. allot funds to state for acquisition of house sites for distribution to the SC/ST..The State Govt spent more than 75% for staff in Revenue Dept.,Notifications ,litigation &so on. Not even 25% reaches the beneficiaries Inst ed of wasting on staff, the Government may directly give the fund to the beneficiaries, at the time of Registration of the house site .Wasting on staff can be reduced if alternative ways are thought of. in many Govt offices..
