Respected Sir, its highly confusing that why most of the states are appointing the deserving candidates in govt sector on contract basis in almost all the departments. Is it not against the Constitutional right of Equal Pay For Eqaul Work. What is the point behind it to be proved, if there is one, why there is no Contract Policy for the Politicians?
