Every train should have Restaurant car for 1st class and AC cars like Deccan Queen-Pune-Mumbai.
Liberal advertisement on all coaches should be possible to generate revenue. All platforms should have proper eating stalls-current ones are unclean or unhygienic.IRCTC can put vending machines in the trains and also on platforms (presuming proper maintenance) for eatables,megazines..BUT ENSURE THAT U DO NOT INCREASE YOUR PERSONNEL COSTS. Cost/benefit analysis are important.Use idlecapacity of wagons

Fit suitable devices beneath sleepers to produce kinetic energy through a multi-plate ramp where the weight of a passing train engages a rachet to a cog drive, driving up the revolutions of low inertia expanding generator hub from low gear to high gear, thus releasing energy into a generator and generating electricity.

1) Since many yrs I have been buying my quota of 4 Kgs of rice through ration card at Rs.9.Now Iam removed from the system, because Iam a pensioner getting Rs.1450 as EPFmonthly pension and have electricity, piped water, and gas connection in my house. We sr.citizens who depend only on reduced FD interest from bank and People who have used this system for many yrs for their daily needs should be included as they are the needy.
2) F.D interest from banks, should be increased for Sr.citizens.

I see that food is not available all the time. Why don't you have a full coach as a restaurant where people can come, order food and sit to enjoy food given on menu. So, people do not make dirty in their place. Why don't you put a dustbin in every coach?
