Few days back rail minister inaugurated elevated railway line from churchgate to virar. but its copied from the previously suggested proposal. the intensity about the traffic outside the railway stations are not known to railway officer. The suggestion is to de-congestion the station area.
1. If the coastal road is being construct, why not coastal track alongwith the road, the complete passenger traffic will be divided in to half on all parallel stations
2. Connect Panvel -churchgate-thane

Indian Railway should invite Digital screens and projectors showing promotional videos(Adds) as sponsorship from companies and willing Businessman. This would also decorate the station campus and help to keep the campus clean.

INDIAN RAILWAY SWATCH BHARATH INITIATIVE. Sewage Removal by rail transporting city waste. This can be done at non-busy hours. Specially designed sewage loading stations can be made for this purpose alone. Old engines & compartments can be modified and reused for this purpose. Municipalities, corporations, manufacturers etc can get into long term contracts with railways. Steady long-term revenue. Can be combined with PMs Clean India Campaign, River Cleaning, Mine filling etc

First thing give good service, on the timetable schedule departure & arrival train.
2) Improve time table & railway trains ....
3) Firstly your focus on service ,If you want more revenue you will give more n more service from train speed , hygiene service , cleaning latrines.
4)seat available issue also every time reservation seating is going to full or waiting ..
5) Limited seats ,limited trains, limited service.... then limited earning
6)their is no politeness in all administrative staff..

World wide, it is observed that the operation of passenger services by government always runs into loss with very few exceptions. Where as the same operations are done by private operators in profitable manner. Answer is simple, Allow private Operation of passenger trains. It will provide revenues from operating license as well as provide improved services and employment to public.
