I believe that in order to reform Human resource of our country the reform should take place from top to bottom (I mean we must not directly jump on reforming the education space of school going children.Rather it should be like bringing reforms in human resources of grown ups first. Like for example reforming the human resource space for engineering students or equivalent or starting from post graduate students or equivalent)the government should support individuals/organisations who does this.

-After completion primary education, secondary education (6th standard to 10th standard), that time period should be decrease, means this time the specialization subject, choose in 11th standard, it should in 10th standard and higher education completed in 10th and 11th standard.
- Physical education should compulsory include in primary level.
-sport activity should include in education system and provide infrastructure & scope for talent.

Now a days private schools and colleges are taking huge profit from people. why the people want to study of their children in private firm because of they thought govt firm are not giving proper education.so we need to create more govt colleges and schools with best class of faculties and implant some fee rule on private sector so they can not collect huge amounts of fees from people. according to my view india must have to free education like germany.

Current education system provides values in their curriculum through Civics, Moral Science, Environmental Studies etc. But what we dont inculcate in children is awareness and knowledge of of Basic Law, Traffic Rules, Consumer Laws Do's and Dont's in Public places etc. Since Driving Licenses are being issued once a student completes 16 years of age it will be good if they understands the basic Traffic Rules & Lawsto make them better road user. Similarly, knowledge of Consumer Laws is a must.

We can have something like Pradhanmantri Shikshit Gram Yojna where we can pick few villages and choose under priviledge class kids to provide good education till graduation which will help them to live good standard living. This will inspire others too in same class for education.
This can be done as public-private relationship.
1. Surprise audits in rural basic schools and strict action on non-compliance.
2. Check on higher educational institutions their education quality is degrading fast.

4. All carrer fields should be equally promoted and valued, like carrer in Tourism is not much advertised. So student fear to choose that option.
5. Road side mechanics, cobblers etc. should be trained with courses, and can be helped in getting a proper job, so we their creative mind can also be used benefitting india and them.
6.

Hello Sir,
I respect the education system as i am part of it, but needs some modification, following points i consider which can help:
1. Can increase the number of seats intead of college.
2. Choice of carrer of interest of students should be found in primary stage of school. Also help them because we are not low in resources.
3. Fees in private institutions should get a hold, which erradicate discrimination between high and low class and can get equal education.

Just can't stop writing on this - cuz I believe human resource is India's biggest resource - please don't let it become a curse, which it is cuz of our poor education policy. IF NOTHING ELSE WORKS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT THE SYSTEMS IN THE WEST. They might have their problems but still they are producing the best brains. Still our students are running to the west and polishing themselves to be great scientists etc.
WE SHOULD LEARN FROM THE WEST, CUZ WE ARE ALREADY DECADES BEHIND

Why should Indian students go abroad and pay in dollars, when we can keep them here, if Yale and Harvard come here. Bring what students want to their doorsteps
6. Professors in universities and colleges are over paid in relation to the work they put in. Huge mismatch. Globally, procedures are well paid, but they work a lot, produce great students, researchers. In India, PhD is a waste of time.
7. Lastly, as Mahatama Gandhi had said - "it's easy to build a boy than mend a man" - focus- schools
