Continuing private vs government institutions if we see college many private colleges employ very low experienced teachers & pay low. This must be addressed.

Education is imparted by many agencies. Broadly by Government institutions & private ones. There is wide gap. In discipline front, private are pretty strict whereas Government institutions lack too much. Teachers attendance, in time, attendance of students etc. Whereas government pays very good to its teacher as compared to private ones. Authorities must be having the data. On one side we have good pay out but poor discipline & delivery on the other side we have poor layout with strictness.

CNTD from 1..... 5. All volunteers (who has completed degree and serving village) has to ensure the equal education opportunity for all. 6. some of these servers has to serve in schools as teachers in village so that there will no scarcity of teachers and also the children will get good teachers and proper guidance for their career. These will help them to chose their career. Base will be strong. 7. You have to make policy to report the condition of school. All DM has to report in detail.

I Advised same before in 2014: 1. Curriculum should be theory+Practical. 2. From 5th class onward include practical training in science and commerce, visits in arts. 3. All professional degree must have on job training 2Years theory+1 year practical (with theory balanced)+ 1 year theory + 1year on job training. 4. All professional have to serve 2 years in village development (education, infra, etc. according to profession) OR have to serve in Army/Navy/Airforce.
Before 5th: CNTD in 2...

Future Weapon :- One of the future weapon can be a gun (Can be powerful than laser gun or beam) which fires two beams of energy. One has ultra high positive charge and another has ultra high negative charge. This weapon can be used to destroy any object. Like we fire these two beams on a enemy fighter aircraft. These two beams will come into contact of fighter aircraft and will collide and produce blast and it will break enemy fighter aircraft into pieces. Remaining in the image.

(1)Our education system is just knowledge based. It should be career oriented, after 8th class there is clear cut division of career option according to children's interest.Devide sections like sports,vocational,education.... and devide students according to it than put more emphasis on these with education.
(2)Monthly tests are conducted by center in govt schools, give teachers reward(monetry, promotion) or punishment(monetry, transfer) according to their performance.

New Education Policy should be Balanced on
1. Curriculum=Subjects + Ethics+ Indian Ancient Values + Sports + Cultural
2. From 8th every Student should be given a choice to choose his area of interest every 3 months till 10th Standard. After completion of 10th Std, parents should get feedback of what their kids have chosen for 12 times. It is a direction towards understanding kids dream.

Donot's to be taken care
1. No "play ground" "no toilet" and "no purified water" then no school. Revoke licenses.
2. Enforcing additional subjects like integrated courses within stipulated time is a burden
3. Remove caste names from the title of the school
4. Government aided schools must be equal opportunity while recruiting staffs.
5. Recruit teachers who have minimum PG qualification to teach students above 8th Standard
6. School bus speed to be under control. Fine speeding vehicles.

There is good and living example of Pakistan wherein the whole education system, books curriculum is politicized. Education should be available to all, even possibly free but it has to be same quality whether it is Bombay Delhi or in a small remote village or in J&K. I understand saying easy but realizing in life is really a challenge. The government will and support is important but social awareness is most important. It is only possible during Modi's government, not with any other.
