1) Education is not productive in India. More fees collecting from Government as well as parents - No Infrastructure, No facilities, No Labs, Nos Sports and Games, No efficient teachers, Poor results, Very poor International Standards.
2) All educational institutions must run on service motive only.
3) Education must help the students to learn proper skills needed by the society.
4) Must reach to Global Standards

Importance to be given sports and games in School education, all the schools should have the access of sports field nearby. This sports and infrastructure is most important along with zeal,support from teaching fraternity. You may consider voluntters from local.

The physically able students should get the discipline training by way of drill, this should be ensure in a regular manner. You may appoint some volunteers who should give you the feed back from ground level. A regular competition may be planned at all level village to National and class VI to IX standard. Like "Sachwa Bhart' Abhijan.

Open minded syllabus rakhvo joie nai k fkt yad rakhi ne pass thai jay.
Exam ni petern pan change thavi joi fkt paper ma answer lakhva thi proper observations na thai ske.

नयी शिक्षा नीति बहुत ही अच्छी हैंं। लगभग सब कुछ है शामिल किया गया हैं, यदि शिक्षा ब्यवस्था की निगरानी का भी उचित प्रबंध किया जाए तो यह नीति कुछ ज्याद प्रभावकारी होगीं।
यह निगरानी डिजिटल भी हो सकती हैं....जिससे हम ग्रामीण स्तर पर स्मार्ट शिक्षा का विकास होगा साथ ही डिजिटल इंडियॉ को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
कुछ भी हो जबतक नीति संचालन सुधार नही होगा तबतक नीतियॉ प्रभावकारी नही होगीं।

सर मेरा suggestion यह है कि क्यों न B ED की अनिवार्यता समाप्त कर दे और इसकी जगह कॉमन entrance एग्जाम लिया जाए।।फिर ट्रेनिंग लेवल में शिक्षाविदो की सहायता से केवल यह सिखाया जाय की पढने का ऑब्जरवेशन का सही तरीका क्या है ।।कॉमन एग्जाम को इस लेवल का बनाये की शिक्षक बनना आकर्षण का केंद्र हो ताकि युवाओ को इस और जोड़ा जाय।ज्यादा से ज्यादा रचनात्मकता में बाल दिया जाय ।निजी स्कूल पर रोक लगायी जाट केवल managment का निजीकरण हो स्कूल्स का नहीं।।बदले में ppp प्रोजेक्ट द्वारा लैब infrastructure की छूट हो

Free education is use for primary education. Other government schemes are not very successful.
Please do not waste public money in free higher education as concerned persons are taking it lightly as it is free.
