Use of Predictive Analytics and read the minds of budding children from 5th std through SPOT ANALYSIS & BRAIN MAPPING , rather a STRENGTH FINGER ( without the knowledge of parents/teachers ) so as to ensure no pressure on students nor prepare too much. It should be purely casual analysis on students mind , what their thinking & where their mood swings in pursuing future education / where they want to reach when they attain 18+ . This would help shape the career/ education agenda for them

Every Corporate/Factory/Plant should have a Chief Educationist Officer to nurture and develop local talents . He / She would be in charge for working with Schools/Cclleges in their visits & educating them on design/technology/leadership etc . The employees should be asked to work voluntarily (mandatory to spare 1 day in a year in educating the youth of this country) Schools/Colleges should send their children at least twice a year to Ind. houses/Offices without which they should declare results

The work done by students for their masters, PhD should be meaningful to the country, industry, or relevant field as govt is spending lots of money, time of professor's. The subject selected should be of national interest as the student will dedicate himself for the work he is entitled to get his qualifications. Proper guidelines, accurate inputs, data should be made available. This area should be free from any politics, and should be priority. This is being encashed by developed countries.

I suggest that assistant professors in all central universities should be recruited by centralized competitive examination taken by UPSC to avoid corruption and guru- chela traditions and it will also help us to be free from tension created by PhD -NET or pre regulation 2009 and post regulation of UGC. States should follow the same at state level. if we want to be a peon we have to face competitive exam. why is there no mandatory for recruitment of assistant professors. there is need to create a

There must be some method of evaluation of teachers, coz if they know then only they can teach.
I suggest, teachers must sit in the exams with the student or conduct exam separately every year so that they will be kept updated. this can be one of the criteria for salary hike or promotion
syllabus must be update above 12th to make it more practical, science classes should be in lab not classroom.
student must be taught their responsibilities
driving rules regulation at school level.
