Study the Finland education system. Applying it here will go a long way

I know this is not the place. But this is a typically govt. site. You have to be Einstein to use it. I doubt if anyone from govt. visits it.

Candidates must pass examination. Teacher training courses are money driven courses, candidate get this degree without knowing anything just with help of money. Mostly teachers in Bihar are like this only.

My view are : Education policy must national level be uniform across the country. The syllabus must include textbooks was well as work book at all level. The general stream separation of stream ( science, arts, commerce should be made at 9th standard and specialized separation must be made at 11th standard. There should be some minimal fee at each standard as anything for free considered non responsible and taken valueless. Implementation, monitoring and improvements must be consistent.

As to do well in sports also, there should be 10 to 12 Sports college as One in Lucknow

Sir State Board should be empowered to give education upto std 9th for all students, One central board for 9-12, this will end disparity, when going for higher education they where all be in one level, board exam should be held by State board for 9th standard and Central board for 12th Standard

Manniya Pradhan Mantri Ji,I dream if we teach our children and students with Gurukul Shiksha Padhati instead of with"Indian Edu. Act"by Macolay ment in around 1850. Gurukul Shiksha Padhati is as fruitful today as in earlier time.I dream if we can develop such education system in which students would not be judged by numbers but with there contribution to society through there education.In Bharat,there was a time when a graduate is more respected than king,but now we all condition of a graduate.

Sir, I have some suggestions regarding educational policy. 1. State boards syllables and NCERTs syllables should be same. But in state boards extra book shall included regarding that perticular states culture and tradition. 2. Question paper should be made with 2 blocks one consist with 50 marks objective and another 50 marks consist with subjective. 3. Teachers of educational institutions should not be engaged with any other government activity. 4. Salary should be increased to the teachers
