My respectful submissions are on 2 issues: 1. The term 'Class Work' & 'Home Work' 2. Duration of Vacation - Summer or Winter FIRST: We have been listening since childhood the 'term' CLASS WORK & HOME WORK being used for 'STUDY'. If we could replace these term with 'STUDY AT CLASS/SCHOOL' and 'STUDY AT HOME', we could be able to change our mindset and keep away the STUDY from any WORK. SECOND: Vacation scheme are too old and needs evaluation. One vacation should not be more than 2 weeks.

Dear Sir, I am NRI writing from Singapore. After visiting few western countries I realised, we are not putting much interest on our education system. Today opting teacher's job is last priority. Those who are getting better marks or having good knowledge will not prefer teaching profession. Please reconsider teacher's salary and facility so that great talents can attract towards it. In the present , children are fully loaded with their school bags because of following reasons 1. Long timing of school ie. 6-7 hrs in a day. 2. Monthly tests. 3. Homework The above points create stress to the students and they will not focus on sports with their studies. My suggestion is to make the course simple and reduce the school timing with homework. If the homework and school time reduced, then students can use their spare time in sports.

Please see a way in which Ordinary Kashmiri can inform government about what is going in his locality in valley and still is not targeted by violent elements in Kashmir. Each individual must be able to tell his mind secretly to government. A propaganda was created such that people should hate India and that kashmir is seperate. Please make it easy for ordinary citizen to get daily essentials and babies get a proper nutrition.

- cancel the affiliation of schools and colleges which do not have sufficient academic and sports facilities - Govt. must provide free education for all students(FOR ALL COURSES ENGINEERING, MEDICINE, CA, SCIENTISTS,LAWYER etc.) for whose parents are non Govt. employees and non crimilayer in both GOVT. and private organizations. - All students must learn one common language(may be English) in India, Govt. must concentrate on rural and Tribal areas.
