MHRD STATED THAT THE SERVICES OF PHDS (REGULAR STUDY) WILL BE UTILIZED. WHY DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN REGULAR AND EXTERNAL / PART TIME, WHEN THE RECOGNITION IS GIVEN BY UGC. IN SOCIAL SCIENCES LIKE ECONOMICS / MBA THE RESEARCH IS CARRIED OUT AT ORGANISATIONS WHERE THE INPUTS ARE GIVEN BY THE COMPETENT PEOPLE. MHRD SHOULD CONSIDER AND UTILISE THE SERVICES OF ALL PHDS THOSE WHO ARE COMPETENT.

ONCE RECOGNITION IS GIVEN BY UGC, THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN REGULAR MODE AND DISTANCE MODE. ALL THE QUALIFIED SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO APPLY FOR FACULTY POSITIONS, FURTHER / HIGHER STUDIES / ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FPR UGC NET.

I HAVE SUBMITTED SUGGESTIONS RELATED TO HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH ARE BASED UPON COLLECTIVE OPINIONS, WHICH HAVE TO BE ASSESSED BY UGC/AICTE IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC.ONCE UGC APPROVES ANY COURSE, WHETHER UNIVERSITY / INSTITUTION, IT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED BY ALL UNIVERSITIES.

our higher secondary syllabus and provide dummy software to schools for practice we will find there is no problem in getting job and Computer practicals skills are mandatory requirement from 5th class. Many of our youth do not know how to operate computer. If they know how to operate computer they will easily get a small job. Conclusion is that if we add latest technology & communications skills in our primary education we get better results and move forwarding to better job creation

Many of companies are needing a very communication skills in our education.Teaching is practical not theoretical and also teach the use of latest technology. India huge rural population is short of medical facilities . I think the recent changes in medical education must include that 50% of the seats in private medical colleges must have fees at par with the Govt medical colleges . and doctors who passes out by taking advantage of these seats must surrender their passport to gov and must serve in rural India for minimum 10 years . This step can help to provide basic health facility to rural India effectively

India is only country, that teaching is not their own language.
1. Education should me mother-tong. What ever you change in education policy, without this nothing is possible.
2. After 69 yrs our court working in English.
3. While Discovery channels (Science, Wild) shows their all technical programs in Indian language (Hidi, bengali, Tamil). And we are telling Education should be in English medium.
5.I think only 5-10% people understand English.
6.Impossible to growth without mother tong.

Hi this is Shanmukha, Schooling education system should be revised to identify the interests of the students in different aspects at elementary school level and from high school level specialized(physics/biology/economy/particular sport/music etc.) training should given for half of the time of scheduled time table. Sections should classify according to the their specializations. this will help to succeed at early age of 21 yrs(high ability stage). Finally, it aid to stand in the global level.

To improve india's education system govt needs to do some major changes mentioned below.
1. Govt should increase the expenditure on education, it should be more than 10 % of GDP from 1.22%
2. Govt should change the curriculum from time to time , should introduce ethics and integrity from school level so that we can build best ethical values from childhood , that can improve indias status among world countries.
3. Establish training institutes for teachers at central and state level.
