sir, this is the time when student need to learn, innovate, develop, build a strong character(morale values). The study must be focused on brain development instead of memorizing things, sports education has to be boosted with proper infrastructure, trainer, equipment, medics and post retirement benefits. students must be given chance to think new ideas and making it capital asset for student and which will make our nation strong, efficient and more prosperous...the new future, with new policy.

Children of younger class should not be burdened with bulky bags. The load should be reduced. Huge bags are a big burden on young shoulders.

Fee structure is must to require decrease compared with education. Require to take part payments as per the education structure like regular study, sports, design, riding etc. as per the hobbies / expert children. Class limitation is important max. 30 student per teacher etc. because poor or middle class families can't be survive to too much fees for their 2 children. Min. More then 2 any standard can be followed as per govt. rules & regulations.

In all govt. schools, there should be an assessment of teachers to check whether they are capable of teaching the subject/s properly to the students, whether they have the required amount of knowledge of the concerned subject/s, how many student's gets better marks in his/her class. If not, they should be directed to teach junior classes according to their capability. Only getting a teacher's job and it's over cannot be done. Proper screening of teachers should be done every year.
