Sir.. Please ensure that every school has playground for children. There are lot of schools in India running in apartments, without sufficient infrastructure and play grounds. Cancel the licenses of schools who do not have playgrounds. Eradicate ranking/grading system. Education is for knowledge and not for grading people. Include psychology, personality development from 5th standard.

1 bad student = 1 bad person 1 bad teacher = Multiple of no. of students taught The students must develop the faculty of thinking, there by gaining knowledge & students also must attain wisdom. This must start at age of say, 10-12 years. Teachers must be able to upgrade their knowledge as & when there are new developments. The recruitment process has to change not only for teaching posts(especially from kindergarten to 12th classes), but also for almost all the executive positions. Thank You

British have created separate entity of Educated Persons who do not have any feeling for other brother poor countrymen. All so called educated persons shows apathy towards poor FARMERS. That's why all government servants, highly qualified bank servants, doctors, engineers, merchants do not care of the pity conditions of Indian farmers. In order to remove the rift EDUCATION SYSTEM MUST PROVIDE FOR COMPULSORY AGRI. EXPERIENCE RIGHT FROM PRIMARY TO TOP MOST LEVEL. REMEMBER WE R AGRI COUNTRY

Education is the first place where our country have been developed. But in the early rules of government is up to 9th std there is no any students are failed it is the wrong decision taken by government, because some of them students are not liable to read and wrote any other than your name. If government want to study only CBSE syllabus in all over india because it is the knowledge other than government boards and other boards.

One of the ways to meet the shortage of faculty demand in centrally managed educational institutions is by implementing the recently activated “DIGITAL INDIA” portal in the recruitment process of these institutions. It definitely will help in transparently expediting the recruitment process by taking the least possible time. This will benefit the students by improving the student-teacher ratio in the institutions.

Education plays very important role in Nations development. It should be available to every child in India. But now a days, Education became very big business. It is very hard to pay the school fees for middle class common man. Government schools and colleges are not at all sufficient for all the students. Central Government should control the private institutes (schools, corporate colleges, universities) in collecting higher fees
