1. till now our education system is not job created. so hand on practice subject should be included in curriculum. 2. 80% professional institutions are not following rules and regulation in appointing faculty and they are also not paying salary as per norm. 3.like AICTE, forget the institute after giving approval. regular monitoring should be done by approving body, Incometax deptt and others. 4.its should be checked regularily, are the institutions are providing qaulity education or not

There should be communication between industry & universities. In the same way there is need to integrate universities with schools.Children should understand why they are studying what they are studying..how are they going to apply what they study in their curriculum in the future. There should be industrial or workplace visits for students & meticulous project work in school time so that there parents can't do it for them.Good project work will make them enthusiastic towards academics.

1- Please make all educational boards (state and central both) syllabus is similar/equal and education system (like subject pattern and marking system) is equal. 2- Fee structure of each school(govt., semi govt and private) at state level (if not possible to apply state level then to apply at district level) is to be equal (at least primary level). #NationalEducationPolicy, #MHRD, #MyGov

Please modify CCE.CCE is effective only when class strength is less. With a class strength of 50 it is difficult to implement it in a right way.I feel qualifying student under RTE need to be restricted to Primary classes only. A particular level of learning should be kept for promotion to next level. If not achieved students should be asked to revise or retry in the same class. Word 'Fail' should be replaced by the word 'Revision' or 'Retry',word 'Fail' is considered as stigma in our society.

Qualified Ex-servicemen preferably from Air Force and Navy can be employed at primary and secondary level after necessary training under skill India to overcome shortage of teachers at this level.Certainly this will enhance the quality.
