Mananiya PM Sir, Sadar Pranam
My Suggestion:
1. QUALITY CONTENT, FOCUS on 100% ENROLLMENT,SCHOOLS at DOOR STEP: Apart from 1+1=2, Education should teach and train for 'Why-Why Analysis', 'What is the Purpose?', 'Why Problem repeating?', 'How to Improve','How to Simplify' and many more... Primarily, due to Poverty, majority doesn't go to School, and need major external force to break this vicious cycle...Decentralize and localize the good schools, Students should not travel far to get education

In my opinion the government should introduce compulsory training at high school level to all students about plumbing, carpentry,Kitchen, cleaning, ironing, gardening, weaving, worshiping process. This will them to work for all their basic needs themselves and do not depend on any one else. This will develop their internal skills and make then perfect in all fields. This may hel them guide numerous people and provide employment to others by giving training

Sports must be integrated in the curriculum and should be an elective subject, after 10 th so that many atheletes can pursue studying along with sports.
Their marks should get them admission in higher studies rather than sports quota, which is corrupted to the core,
One sports student is equal to 10 academics in nation building.

2nd lesson of 6th Std NCERT social science book: The two dark children are made to sit separately in school. Read the text it is targeting upper caste people. If such schools exists then Govt should act rather than teaching it to 6th std kids. These books must be changed immediately.

Teachers above the age of 50 should be immediately retired...
Reason:
1. There way of teaching becomes outdated.
2. Due to huge Age Gap between students and Teachers, they both can't understand each other's way of working .
3. They can't incorporate technology with teaching which becomes an integral part of today's teaching.
Now, in spite of being emotional, we should think practically and we should take some urgent serious and harsh steps to make our education system efficient and useful.

We have 80-90% of children coming from rural schools which do not have teachers, infrastructure or administration due to various reasons. For these We need to make the curriculum specific to rural area concentrating on Vocational, sports with limited theoretical subjects.
We need close monitoring system with mobile/GPS ERP system linked to Aadhar so as any lapse or laxicity is observed and on records.
Rewards must be explicit for performers and punitive action stern for violators .

Due to shortage of teachers and low quality following suggestion can be incorporated.
1. Govt. staff after retirement up-to age of 70 years can be asked to optionally perform educational duty in their area. This will fill up gap and old people will also get engagement to do social service and find lot of satisfaction. Currently handsome amount is paid as Pension for doing nothing to the society. Legal framework can be created for the same.
