In my opinion the government should introduce compulsory training at high school level to all students about plumbing,carpentry,Kitchen,cleaning, ironing, gardening, weaving, worshiping process. Sports must be integrated in the curriculum and should be an elective subject, after 10 th so that many atheletes can pursue studying along with sports. We have 80-90% of children coming from rural schools which do not have teachers,infrastructure or administration due to various reasons. For these We need to make the curriculum specific to rural area concentrating on Vocational, sports with limited theoretical subjects. We need close monitoring system with mobile/GPS ERP system linked to Aadhar so as any lapse or laxicity is observed and on records. Rewards must be explicit for performers and punitive action stern for violators .
