No educational reform could be possible without improving quality of Teacher Education(TE).Following provisions must be included in the POLICY: 1. A separate TE University will be established to give affiliation to every 100 secondary level TE Institutes. 2. There will be a Separate TE Department in each & every university. 3. UGC scale mandatorily implemented for Teacher Educators. 4. TE Institutes working for weaker sections of the society shall be provided full autonomy.

But in jharkhand health care there are to head 2210and2211.In 2211 service holder are not getting salary in proper way. By which we had to face difficult ies in studies. I have request you to plz concerns this problems to our state government. Every year face this problem. I will be very thank full about to this kind ness.
