2. There will be a Separate TE Department in each & every university.

2. From Class XI onward till graduation (all streams) introduce a compulsory paper with full weightage on financial education and management. We as person hardly know the personal financing and various ways to create correct way to save and invest money.
This is my suggestion as a parent and, coach & counselor.

What is the use of so much projects given in the schools? A well known fact that most of them are been made by parents and it's a burden on the pocket as well as a punishment for them. Everybody knows the reality of these projects. Hardly any contribution.

The emphasis should be on quality education which can be achieved only by attracting the quality talent towards teaching. The backbone of primary and secondary education system comes from the second earner of the household, which is primarily due to the poor salary levels of the teachers. Starting salary of the teachers should be no less than Rs. 1 Lakh; more for those working in remote areas. The salary should be free of taxes with host of other privileges added. Serious recruitment will follow

why we are not making schools for extraordinary kids like oxford etc. We have lot of extraordinary kids. Most of them are going abroad. The government should built a school with hostel facility where these kids will live together and come from different part of India through test. Their education curriculum will be difficult from normal curriculum. It will help us finding extraordinary mathematicians and scientists.
