Only when we open our vision and start respecting each and every individual for their uniqueness will we be able to guide the coming generations towards achieving success and happiness based on their "Skill-sets". When "Passion becomes Profession", each and every individual will be able to lead mother India towards becoming a "Super Power" and a "knowledge" hub. Today due to brain drain which started in late 80s and is uncontrolled even today, the main reason for it is the lack of opportunities

We need to work towards "Skill based Education" system. For this, the skill assessment criteria need to be first understood and then implemented with sincerity. Today, we are focused only on IQ as a parameter whereas 'developed' countries have moved onto understanding the importance of EQ-AQ & CQ. For this, the methods of testing:Aptitude/ Psychometric tests will not do. We have to go for new Scientific tools having base of Neuroscience & understand the Brain "Innates". Refer ppt for details

Quality in higher education depends upon quality teachers. So to recruit quality teachers develop a recruitment system similar to Civil Services. It should be regular and competitive. The present system of appointment of teachers in higher education is like mess. Quality And Regularity in appointment are of no consideration. Introduce the All India Competitive Examination for the Appointment of Teachers in the Higher Education. Bring the Higher Education under Centre List

Sir, i teach biotechnology at senior secondary level. Though the Department of biotechnology is always asking for innovative projects and innovations in various areas, there is no funding and guidance for students at school level to go ahead and work on any project. I request you to make provisions so that students visit any two or three top research institutes in India and get first hands experience on how research can lead to new discoveries, inventions and innovations.
