Thus we are lacking somewhere and the skills of the genius is gone out of India. Change is needed.

Education for a child starts, when it is born. She learns quickly till she steps into a school. But later on things start collapsing. The way a child is taught should be changed. There should be more practical work than teaching in classrooms. So that a child will learn what is taught. She should know where a formulas & other concepts are being used. she should know why she is been taught history, economic concepts, scientific methods and concepts, and where it is been used in real life

There is a definite need for improving the standard of Engineering Education.
1. At lease half number of Engineering institutes including those who are unable to fill their seats should be closed. The standard of education in rest Institutes should be uniform i.e. equal to IIT. So that every Indian Engineering graduate would be equivalent IIT graduate. This will also lift the morale of those students who do not get admission in IIT despite coaching.

I am an Assistant Professor working in Delhi University(DU) from the past few years. The teachers of DU who are not permanent are called Adhocs. Like me,there are around 5000 Adhocs who are working here. Respected PM Modi ji, on the behalf of all my adhoc friends, I appeal to you for the"regularization of Adhocs" as soon as possible. There are no recruitments in DU. Our future is dark despite of having a good qualification and there is always insecurity in our mind when it comes to our job.

THE ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR UGC NET IS 55% AT PG (GENERAL) FOR LECTURESHIP / FELLOWSHIP. AICTE IS INSISTING FIRST CLASS. THERE IS NO CLARITY. THE PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES ARE IN PANIC. THE PGDM-AIMA APPROVED BY UGC/AICTE IS NOT CONSIDERED TO APPEAR FOR UGC - NET. WHAT IS THE USE OF AICTE'S / UGC'S RECOGNITION. IT HAS CAUSED INCONVENIENCE TO THE PUBLIC.

THE STATUTORY BODIES LIKE UGC/AICTE ETC ., SHOULD FUNCTION UNDER COMMON UMBRELLA LIKE UGC. NO NEED TO GIVE SPECIAL STATUS TO AICTE. IT INCREASES THE COSTS. THE PUBLIC NOTICES GIVEN BY AICTE AND UGC RELATED TO HIGHER EDUCATION MAY BE ASSESSED, WHICH CAUSED PANIC IN PUBLIC.

REPORTS SUBMITTED BY THE VARIOUS MEMBERS ABOUT AICTE ETC., SHOULD BE ASSESSED. WHO ARE THE STAKEHOLDERS PARTICIPATED. PRACTICAL PROBLEMS FACED BY THE PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES HAVE NOT BEEN CONSIDERED. I SENT THE INFORMATION TO UGC/AICTE AND ALSO MHRD RELATED TO THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THE ALREADY QUALIFIED AND ALSO THE PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS.ALL THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSESSED.

AICTE HAS STATED RECENTLY THAT PGDM COURSES CONDUCTED UNDER DISTANCE MODE CANNOT BE EQUATED TO MBA., WHICH IS UNFAIR. MBA -IGNOU AND MANY OTHER REGULAR UNIVERSITIES LIKE AU, MADRAS UNI., ANU. ETC., ARE CONDUCTING MBA UNDER DISTANCE MODE. SIMILARLY, AIMA - NEW DELHI IS CONDUCTING PGDM UNDER DISTANCE MODE. ONCE APPROVAL IS GIVEN, THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN REGULAR AND DISTANCE MODE. OTHERWISE WHAT IS THE USE OF APPROVAL.
