4. Question paper pattern should change. Reason- Even toppers have to join coaching institutes to clear competitives which require nothing but knowledge of basics. And for that they again read NCERTs in which they are declared batch topper. 5. Well known fact that today majority students lack practical knowledge of subjects. Still I find students who didn't clear theory paper despite several attempts but got distinction in practical examination.

1. Constitute an autonomous institute for HRD ( just like RBI) 2. Decide aim - Quality or Quantity? In my opinion- Higher edu means quality and Quantity should be directed towards vocational 3. Trend of admissions for higher studies on the basis of marks should stop as there is no direct relation between marks and actual knowledge of subject and focus of majority remains on marks. It is easy to score marks because of trend of asking a set of questions repetitively every alternate year. ......

The knowledge of teachers should also be tested. Stop mid day meals in schools. Stop affiliation to Pvt. schools. Make hard rules to prevent corruption in education dept. The system of education in lower stnd. should be interesting for the small kids.

The all round environment of a Govt. school should be very good. It should be very neat and clean with all basic amenities needed for an Educational Institution. After all what you see when you are in a school as a child matters a lot as you will grow up in that environment and will practise the same for the whole of your life.Today the quality of whole environment is so bad that you will not become a overall good citizen living as student in such environment. Exceptions are possible.

Teachers in Govt schools must be made accountable. There should be a system of periodical training to the teavhers to upgrade their knowledge and skills, and evaluation of their skills and abilities. It is well known that most of the teachers for eg. in A.P, Telangana, do not take their job seriously and are in into real estate, chitfunds, and other side businesses. There should be a proper monitoring and supervision to discourage such tendencies.
