IIT grads will pump innovation into Indian companies. This will change foreign perspective on Indian companies. It will further increase Indian companies. Imagine a IIM grad be appointed as CEO of Govt. Hospital or as a manger under Secretary for commerce. We should create positions for IIM and IIT grads in govt. Even if govt doesn't bring a rule, I wish Indian companies, espesially IT companies recruit IIT grads with high packages to pump innovation

India's best talent is in IITs and IIMs. Govt. should bring a rule that IIT and IIM students should work in Indian companies for 2 years. The companies include both public and private. Govt. should make a list of companies from different sectors like IT, Banking, Govt., automobile etc. The list should not include captive companies. The grads are distributed equally among all companies based on ratio.
